Eligibility for a refund is determined by the laws of your jurisdiction. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected. To initiate a refund request, you must contact the Company directly.
Only funds deposited to your Personal Balance via approved payment methods may be withdrawn or refunded. Funds provided through bonuses, promotional activities, or Company incentives are not eligible for withdrawal or transfer and may only be used to place Orders on the Website.
If a promo code is applied to the purchase of a Service, only the amount you paid after the discount is eligible for a refund. Promo codes have no monetary value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The following situations may qualify you for a refund:
If an Expert has not been assigned to your Order, you are entitled to receive a full refund.
If you cancel your Order prior to the Expert uploading the completed work, you may be eligible for a refund ranging from seventy percent (70%) to one hundred percent (100%), subject to the extent of work already performed by the Company and the Expert.
If the work has already been completed, your cancellation request will be processed as a Disputed Claim, and the Quality Assurance Department will determine the appropriate refund amount, if any.
If your Order is delivered after the agreed deadline, the Company may, at its discretion, issue a refund. The amount of any such refund will be determined following an assessment of the specific circumstances.
No refund shall be provided if the delay in delivery is attributable to the Customer’s failure to supply required information or materials.
If the work is delivered after the specified deadline but retains utility or value for the Customer, the Company may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund.
In the event of Customer dissatisfaction resulting in a refund request, the Quality Assurance Department will conduct a review and issue a decision regarding any refund, prioritizing fairness and the interests of both parties.
If a duplicate Order is submitted in error, the Customer must contact the Company promptly to arrange cancellation of the duplicate. If no Expert has yet been assigned, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate Order. If an Expert has already been assigned, the Order will be deemed valid, and any cancellation shall be governed by the terms of this Refund Policy.
Should the Customer be charged twice for the same Order, prompt notification to the Company is required, along with submission of both payment receipts. Upon verification of a duplicate payment, the Company will issue a full refund of the excess amount.
If the Customer contends that the delivered work lacks originality, a comprehensive report from a reputable plagiarism detection service must be provided as supporting evidence. In the absence of adequate proof, the Company cannot process a refund for originality-related concerns.
The Company bears no liability and is under no obligation to issue a refund for any internet or Service outages or failures caused by government actions, third parties, or other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Once we approve your refund request, we will initiate the refund within three business days. Please note that the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and we are not responsible for any additional fees, delays, or errors they may cause.
Refunds are available only within six months of the original transaction date and will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. After six months, refunds cannot be issued, and funds cannot be transferred to another payment method.
A chargeback occurs when you dispute a transaction with your payment provider, and the provider contacts us to reverse the transaction. If a chargeback is initiated, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. Any fees or costs incurred by us as a result of a chargeback or payment dispute will be charged to you.
If your account remains inactive for more than one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of your last payment, it shall be deemed expired and will be deleted. Upon such deletion, all personal data linked to your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by utilizing the deactivate option within your account settings. No refunds shall be provided in connection with account deactivation.
Following a deletion request, your account will be temporarily deactivated for a period of fourteen (14) days. During this period, you may reactivate your account should you choose to do so. If a balance remains in your account, you must contact the Support Team within this fourteen (14) day window to request a withdrawal.
If your account is suspended or deactivated due to a violation of our policies, you shall not be eligible for refunds, exchanges, or retrieval of any content, data, or unused services.
Account deletion is permanent. To access our services in the future, you must register for a new account.
We engage reputable third-party payment providers to securely process all payments. All transactions are conducted through their encrypted checkout systems; as such, we do not collect or store your credit or debit card information. Your account balance is protected, and Experts are compensated only after Product confirmation. This process ensures the ongoing confidentiality and security of your payment details.
Billing information, including credit card details provided for Website payments, is processed solely by our third-party payment partners. The Company does not collect, store, or directly process your payment information.
The Company assumes no responsibility for security failures or breaches by third-party providers. Payment processing is governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those payment partners.
The Company reserves the right to update or change payment partners at any time. In the event of such a change, your information may be transferred to new partners who utilize secure encryption technology (such as SSL) or an equivalent security standard to safeguard your data.
Upon receipt of payment from a Customer, the Company holds the funds and releases them to the designated Expert only after the ordered Product is completed at the agreed-upon price. Both Customers and Experts are responsible for any transaction fees arising from the provision or use of services on the Website.
Registration on the Website is free of charge. However, Customers may incur a non-refundable Service fee when placing an Order, except where the Order evaluation is zero percent (0%).
All parties are responsible for paying any fees and taxes associated with services provided through the Website. The Company charges Experts a commission for its services. Failure to remit required fees constitutes a material breach of this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
Experts are compensated for each Product confirmed by a Customer, with payments credited to their account on the platform. Payouts are processed through the Company's third-party payment service providers to ensure secure transactions.
Payments made through the Website are exclusively for the delivery and use of services between Customers and Experts. Payments must not be used for any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activities as defined by applicable law.
If an Order is canceled, the Customer is prohibited from using any Products delivered prior to cancellation. Full authorship and ownership of such Products remain with the Company, and the Customer forfeits all rights of use. Canceled Products may be submitted to repository services, where they may be marked as one hundred percent (100%) not original.
The Company will announce amendments to this Refund Policy on the Website and will notify users of significant updates via email or through the Website. The most current version of this Policy will always be available on the Website.
The Company will, in general, provide advance notice prior to the effective date of new terms. However, in certain circumstances, immediate changes may be required and advance notice may not be feasible.
